This theory was developed by B.F Skinner in 1938.
Behaviorism is a type of learning behavior that focuses mainly on the behavior that is shaped by many environmental factors. Behaviorism is also referred to as " Operant Conditioning" which focuses mainly on positive or negative reinforcement and also positive and negative punishment. There are a couple types of punishment and reinforcement.

This theory was created by Albert Bandura states that people learn more from each other by observation, imitating other which includes Cognitive Learning and Modeling. Cognitive learning involves the study of the mental process such as attention, language use, memory, perception, problem solving and also creative thinking.
